However, your handling of the sale of our home and the journey of finding the perfect place for us to downsize into was remarkable experience. From the time we first began discussing the idea of putting all the pieces into place a couple of years ago, to actually making it happen. We can’t thank you enough for the “over the top” listing of our home in Estates of Verona and how patient you were with us in the process of finding this home. I know I’ve never known anyone who puts as much time, resources and energy into the whole process. I can only hope that anyone who is considering selling, buying or both will give you the opportunity. They WILL NOT be disappointed! Again, thank you for putting up with us and for making the journey less bumpy!! Bottom line is that you truly put us first and made our frustrations your frustrations. You’re the best!

We have moved a lot and therefore have worked with several realtors.  We are still in complete awe at the level of service we received from Iris Schuetz.  We are by no means easy clients because we had very specific parameters for finding our new home.  Iris was incredibly patient, compassionate, flexible and, above all honest.  There were numerous opportunities for us to buy (the wrong home) and her knowledge and morality guided us to the right purchase.  Additionally, we received an “education” from her in home buying that I wish we would have had 20 years ago.  We cannot recommend her enough.
